Troubleshooting and next steps

Show an upload or map insertion failure with actionable context.
The rejected item and error message are visible.
Show the corrected asset successfully present after the retry or replacement.
The corrected image or map is present and usable.
The upload is rejected.

Likely cause: The file type, size, encoding, or source may not meet the displayed rules.

  1. Use one of the formats listed by the current control.
  2. Export a fresh copy from the original source and retry.
The image is sharp in the source but soft in the PDF.

Likely cause: The uploaded copy may be compressed or too small for the zone.

  1. Replace it with the highest-quality approved original.
  2. Inspect the new PDF after replacement.
