Property email blasts that land in the inbox
Turn any listing into a polished property email in a couple of clicks. Send it through CREBuilder Mail from your own domain, create a Mailchimp campaign, use your own Amazon SES account, or download the finished HTML for the provider you already use.
What you get
Sent from your domain, not ours
Send through CREBuilder Mail from your own verified domain, create the campaign in your own Mailchimp account, use your own Amazon SES account, or download provider-ready HTML.
The listing builds the email
Pick a property and the blast is already written: hero image, address, price, key metrics and a link to the listing page. No copy-pasting from the OM.
Recipients from your own CRM
Send to a tag, a pipeline stage, or everyone whose buy-box actually fits the listing. The fit filter is the one most brokers end up using.
Your signature, included
Paste your signature straight out of Gmail — common tables, logos, phone numbers and links are preserved. It rides on every send.
Compliance handled
Mailchimp supplies its campaign footer. CREBuilder Mail and direct SES sends add the physical sender address, signed unsubscribe link, and suppression checks.
Draft, send, or download
CREBuilder Mail and Amazon SES send directly. Mailchimp creates a campaign you review and send there. HTML download keeps every other provider available.
Send it your way
Use CREBuilder Mail from your own domain, bring your own sending account, or download the HTML. Nothing goes out from a shared platform domain.
Questions
- Does CREBuilder send the email, or do I?
- Either. CREBuilder Mail — now in early access — sends on your behalf from your own verified domain, so recipients still see your address. Or keep it fully in your hands: Mailchimp campaigns are created in your account for review and sending, Amazon SES sends use your own AWS keys and sending domain, and you can download the finished HTML for another provider.
- Why does that matter?
- Mail sent from a shared platform domain is far more likely to land in spam, and you have no control over another customer’s behavior affecting your delivery. Sending from your own domain means recipients see your address and your domain’s reputation is what counts.
- Can I use my own email signature?
- Yes. Paste it in once from Gmail or Outlook. Common tables, logos, phone numbers and links are preserved, and unsafe executable markup is removed before it is appended to a send.
- Who can I send to?
- Any segment of your CREBuilder CRM: a tag, a pipeline stage, or the contacts whose recorded buy-box matches the listing. You can also review and edit the recipient list before sending.
- Is unsubscribe handled for me?
- Yes. CREBuilder Mail and direct Amazon SES sends add a signed unsubscribe link and automatically suppress contacts who have opted out. Mailchimp applies its campaign footer and audience suppression rules.
- What if I don’t use any of those?
- You can download the finished HTML and paste it into whatever you do use. The email is built either way.
- Do I have to connect an outside account at all?
- No. CREBuilder Mail sends from your own verified domain with no outside account — add three DNS records once and your mail goes out as you, with your domain carrying the reputation. It is in early access: request it in the app and a human approves each account, usually within a day. You can also connect Mailchimp, use your own Amazon SES, or download the HTML.
