Property Website & Listing Hub
Your Listing Hub is a branded public website for your listings — no separate site to build. Flip a document to “Listed” and it appears on your own branded crebuilder.com listing page, styled with your brand, with the OM viewable and — when you want it — gated behind an NDA. Every visitor inquiry lands in your CRM.
What the Listing Hub is
Open Listing Hub from the sidebar. It has three parts: your share linkand site settings, your listings (which of your documents are public), and appearance (how the site looks). Team roles manage the whole company’s site and branding; a regular user manages the listings they own.

- 1Share link — Your public listing page URL, plus custom URL and embed
- 2My Listings — Toggle which documents are Listed; set per-listing access
- 3Appearance — Grid theme, property-page theme, and brand colors
Publishing listings
Only completed documents can go public. In the My Listings table, flip a property’s Listed switch to put it on your public site; flip it off to pull it. Mark a listing Featured to pin it to the top of your public grid. Each row also carries the per-listing access controls — the same access level used by Deal Rooms — so you decide, listing by listing, what’s open and what’s gated.
Appearance & themes
Two theme choices control the look. The Listings page theme styles your grid of properties — Modern, Executive, Metro, Bold, Signature, Noir, Evergreen. The Property pagestheme styles each individual listing’s detail page. Your brand colors carry through both, and you can set a default view mode (map + grid) for how visitors first land.

- 1Listings page theme — The style of your public grid
- 2Property page theme — The style of each listing’s detail page
- 3Brand colors — Carried through the whole site
Gating the OM
For a sensitive deal, flip Require NDA on the listing. The public property page then hides the full OM and downloads and shows a “Sign the NDA to access the full OM & documents” call to action — routing the prospect into the same deal-room NDA flow, watermarking, and CRM capture covered in the Deal Rooms guide. Less-sensitive listings can use the lighter email gate, or stay fully open.
Access is one setting shared with Deal Rooms — set it once per listing and it governs both the public page and the room’s files.
Inquiry form
Keep the inquiry form on and visitors can message you straight from a listing page. Every submission becomes a Contact in your CRM (and shows in the Leads inbox), tagged as an inquiry and added to that person’s timeline — so a listing-page visitor is a tracked lead the moment they raise their hand. Prefer a cleaner page? You can hide the form in your share/site settings.
Editorial layouts
Beyond the standard property page, editorial themes — Signature, Noir, Evergreen — present a listing like a magazine feature: serif headlines, full-bleed imagery, a highlights band, and a clean contact band. Pick one as your property-page theme for a more premium, brand-forward presentation, with live previews as you choose.
