CREBuilder Adds Automatic LandSearch Syndication

CREBuilder brokers can now opt eligible sale listings and land lease listings into automatic syndication to LandSearch. The connection is built into CREBuilder's Listing Hub, requires no separate LandSearch account setup, and carries no added syndication cost for eligible listings.

That means the property information a broker already assembled in CREBuilder can reach another land-focused audience without becoming a second listing to rebuild and maintain.

What the LandSearch connection changes for brokers

Listing distribution usually creates duplicate work. A broker finishes the property details, acreage, pricing, photography, parcel information, and contact data for one marketing channel, then enters the same information again somewhere else. Every later price change, photo update, or status change creates another place that can fall out of sync.

CREBuilder's LandSearch integration keeps the CREBuilder listing as the source. Once the broker publishes the property and turns on Sync, CREBuilder makes the listing available to LandSearch through its automated feed. Updates continue from the same source, and turning Sync off withdraws the listing after the destination's next refresh.

The result is a simpler distribution workflow:

  1. Build or update the property's marketing package in CREBuilder.
  2. Publish the property to the broker's public CREBuilder Listing Hub.
  3. Open Listing Hub > My Listings and enable Sync.
  4. Keep the listing current in CREBuilder while the platform handles delivery to every eligible network.

Sync remains opt-in. A draft, confidential assignment, or off-market property is not distributed just because its marketing materials exist in CREBuilder.

Which listings are eligible for LandSearch?

The current LandSearch connection covers eligible CREBuilder sale listings and land lease listings. A listing must also meet CREBuilder's public-listing and property-completeness requirements before it can be synchronized.

CREBuilder uses one Sync control rather than asking brokers to manage a separate switch for every marketplace. When Sync is enabled, the platform evaluates the property against each current destination's eligibility rules. That approach also means an existing opt-in can benefit from future eligible network coverage without the broker having to revisit every property.

Why LandSearch fits the workflow

LandSearch is built around land and lifestyle real estate, including agricultural, commercial, recreational, and residential properties. Its land-specific search tools help buyers and lessees discover and evaluate listings across millions of acres nationwide.

"LandSearch works hard to bring together all land for sale and lease, commercial included. Partnering with CREBuilder means more brokers can automatically syndicate their listings to a broad, active audience at no cost," said Michael Leigeber, founder of LandSearch.

For CREBuilder brokers, the value is straightforward: more distribution without a parallel account-maintenance workflow. For buyers and lessees using LandSearch, the integration creates another path to find broker-maintained commercial and land opportunities.

Start syncing from Listing Hub

Existing CREBuilder brokers can open Listing Hub, publish an eligible property, and enable Sync from My Listings. The same screen shows current syndication destinations and whether each listing is synced or queued.
